When you book online or contact us we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle registration and the details you give about the work needed. If you claim the blue light discount we also record your card number so we can check it on arrival.
We use your details only to arrange and carry out work on your vehicle, to contact you about that work, and to keep our own service records. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.
Booking and service records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, service history and legal/accounting purposes, then deleted.
